NOVOLAS laser welding can also be applied with sensitive substrate materials, such as flex and ceramic substrates. Simple parameter matching means that different solder types, such as lead-free or high melting point solder, can be used. This contactless laser soldering technology is also ideally suited for inaccessible solder points.
