Application tests
Leister’s applications laboratory is fitted out with state-of-the-art laboratory equipment. The following services are available for you:
- Any type of problem which can be solved with hot air. Thanks to our professionally equipped laboratory, we have access to our entire product range including a wide range of nozzles. This allows us to provide a fast and thorough initial answer to help solve your problem.
- If you send us sample process parts, we are in a position to perform welding tests including tensile, peeling, pressure and bending trials in accordance with DIN and DVS. You receive professional results within the shortest time.
- We can simulate your customer-specific application configuration in a process setting with Leister hot-air systems (blowers, air heaters, nozzles and regulation) and notify you of the results prior to compilation of the system. You consequently save unnecessary installation and testing. This way your process can already be optimised in advance.
