Microtiter plate
A film is welded on the microtiter plate (96 well) shown. With the help of the mask , it was possible to avoid the formation of melt in the immediate vicinity of the wells. The melt could have escaped and flowed into the wells of the microtiter plate and adversely affecting their function.
